This is an amazingly delicious, nutritious and easy to make raw vegan breakfast (or dessert). It is packed with protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. If you have a little someone in your home who is as obsessed with pink as a little someone who lives in our home, you may find that they will happily devour this healthy dish while simultaneously singing adorable songs and smiling adorable smiles!
This recipe is adapted from the fantastic raw food recipe book, The Complete Book of Raw Food
1 cup sunflower seeds or almonds (soaked over night and rinsed thoroughly)
1 cup frozen raspberries
juice from one lemon
1 Tbsp maple syrup (or to your taste)
water (just enough to facilitate blending)
Just blend it up and serve!
